Food and restaurants have always been a huge part of my life. I attended Johnson & Wales University for culinary which continued on to 10+ years working in restaurants across the country. During that time I started transitioning my passion for food from the hot line to the studio. I have the greatest respect for anyone working in the industry and it is my goal to help showcase and bring to life their hard work and creations. After moving back to my hometown of Buffalo, NY from Portland OR, I am very excited to see the growth of the restaurant and bar scene in WNY and can’t wait to be a part of it, but this time from a different angle!
